Cover Letters are very important, even when you are applying for a job online. Some hiring managers automatically reject a submission without a cover letter. Some won't even read it, but you don't want to take a chance on which type you will get!

A cover letter is another opportunity to sell yourself.  Again, like your resume, you will tailor it to each job application. Lori will help you create your basic letter.
